Integra’s comprehensive approach to project management focuses on jointly defining project expectations, managing progress against plan, completing deliverables as efficiently and effectively as possible, and achieving the expected project results.
Integra follows the following work flow phases during project implementation

| ► | Design – this phase focuses on design, gap assessment and tailored fit. |
| ► | Implementation– the primary objectives of this phase are to finalize building and testing of the tailored design and continue knowledge transfer. |
| ► | Deliver – this phase focuses on preparing the business and systems for go-live and post support. |
| ► | Support Phase – the system is cutover into a production environment initiating the beginning of formal support |
